An Associate Professor of Urban and Regional Planning, Dept of Urban and Regional Planning,College of Environmental Design, King Abdulaziz University - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Chairman of department for four consecutive years. College Vice Dean for High Studies and Scientific Research for three consecutive years. Member of the Career-day Committee for six cosecutive years, and member of the Council of the High Studies for three consequtive years. Research intrests in planning and development - espicially in the fields of housing,tourism and industry.
Currently, Head of the Council of the Co-operative Society of Prince Abdulmajeed District in Jeddah. For years, member in the scientific team that evalutes the performance of the offices of the Establishment of Muttawiffy the pilgrims who come from the South Asian Countries. Also  Technical Manager for the Development Project of Tandabawi and Mesfalah Garden in the city of Makkah.
